Job description

The Seasonal Fulfillment and Inventory Associate is responsible for fulfillment of orders accurately and on time at JUNK Brands. This position is responsible for accurate inventory and helping team members. This person is responsible, organized, has good time management, and is VERY accurate.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately packs & ships ecommerce and wholesale orders
  • Responsible for orders shipping on time
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of customers and preferred way of shipping
  • Assisting Manager and team in inventory audits
  • Works out of many portals (Amazon, Scheels, Amazon EU, Jet.com, Etc)
  • Knowledge of logistics for all customers
  • Order management for customers
  • Upholds Junk Brand’s values of acting with integrity, working together as a team and treating each other with respect
  • Seasonal expectations


Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in business management principles
  • Ability to learn new things & acquire knowledge of different portals
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal, time and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task working with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively and professionally
  • Operates in a fiscally responsible manner


Education & Qualifications

  • Intermediate Computer knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of Mac OSX
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Works well with Team
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)


Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks
  • Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
