Amazon Publisher Services (APS) helps publishers of all sizes to better monetize their content through effective advertising across devices and media channels. APS works with Amazon teams across the globe to solve complex problems for our customers

APS is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help build and define the designs of our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment. The candidate will be part of several projects aligned with web, mobile app and streaming TV (STV) initiatives to drive operational excellence by applying both business and technical acumen in an agile and innovative environment

The ideal candidate will help empower APS users with tools, analytics and automation processes and must be an expert in the full suite of SFDC dev tools, including Visualforce, APEX, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs.
This role can sit in Austin, TX | New York, NY | Palo Alto, CA | San Francisco, CA
Key job responsibilities
- Manage SFDC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including internal support requests, data integrity, data governance, and InfoSec compliance
- Configuration of SFDC features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, Lightening flows, custom metadata types, Approval Process, Dynamic forms, Dynamic Actions, custom settings, Email templates, managed packages
- Learn and adapt to Amazon internal tools and AWS technology.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, plan, design and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs
- Participate in change management processes and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders
- Lead the QA testing process, including the creation of test cases and ensuring that new features being promoted work seamlessly in lower environments before launching in Production including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
- Promote user adoption of Salesforce
