Then you want to join the Device Analytics Services Team!
As a software development engineer on the team, you will own and deliver features that span the full software lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operations, across both our device software and cloud services. You will work backwards from our customers to build the right solutions, and you'll partner with your team to design features that are reliable, maintainable, and built to last.
The ideal candidate is passionate about new opportunities and has a track record of delivering high-quality software to customers. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements

Building reliable, scalable, and high-performance products requires solid technical skills, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of computer science, and hands-on experience building distributed systems. This person takes pride in operational excellence, learns quickly, and raises the bar for the people around them through code reviews and mentorship. They will flourish in an environment where new opportunities and challenges arise frequently.

- Design, develop, test, and operate device software and cloud services

- Own operational support and drive issues to permanent root-cause fixes
- Mentor teammates and raise the bar through code reviews and high standards
A day in the life
You will be part of an agile team using scrum methodology to deliver features used by hundreds of Amazon teams

This includes daily stand-ups, interacting with end users and product managers, influencing team direction, designing and writing code, reviewing others' work, and driving engineering excellence improvements.
