When training is provided, new hires receive instruction on safe driving practices, package handling, customer service, and the use of Amazon's delivery technology. This training ensures that drivers are prepared to perform their job efficiently and safely, even if they have little or no prior delivery experience. Training typically includes both classroom learning and hands-on driving experience.

Ongoing support is available through your DSP (Delivery Service Partner) management team, who are there to answer questions and help you adapt to the fast-paced environment.
