These drivers work for independent businesses (DSPs) that partner with Amazon to handle last-mile deliveries. Responsibilities include loading delivery vans, following assigned routes, and ensuring timely and safe package delivery. The role involves managing time efficiently, troubleshooting minor delivery issues, and maintaining communication with dispatchers or team leads as needed. While the work is largely independent, drivers are part of a supportive team focused on safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
