Amazon Freight Partner Class A CDL Driver | Structured Performance Pay | Home Daily | 3-Day Workweek

Location: Bristol, CT

Schedule: 3-Day Workweek (13-hour shifts) | Home Daily

Start Times: Evening shifts available (2pm11pm)

Base Pay: $24/hour + Structured Performance Bonuses

Earning Potential: Up to $32/hour total earning potential

Typical Annual Earnings: $50,000$80,000+ (W2 with full benefits)

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle

Haul Amazon freight (drop & hook, no-touch loads)

Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols

Maintain logs and complete daily vehicle inspections

Communicate professionally with dispatch

Represent Stark with reliability and accountability

Basic Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license

At least 21 years old

Clean MVR and strong DAC report

Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test

Comfortable driving to New York City (Bronx, Long Island, etc.)

Comfortable working in a camera-monitored fleet

English proficiency (DOT compliance)

Comfortable using GPS and mobile driver apps

Must maintain strong attendance and safety standards to remain eligible for performance bonuses
