We currently have opportunities for a Part Time position that begin in Home Installation Services through our partnership with Amazon, combined with commercial supply vending support. Field Service Technicians install and configure a variety of Smart Home solutions for residential customers, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, smart locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats. In addition, technicians visit local business locations to restock supply closet vending machines with essential items such as PPE, food, and general workplace supplies, ensuring machines remain organized and fully stocked. This role requires professionalism in appearance and communication, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the company and Amazon with a high standard of quality and reliability.

What we require:

  • Essential function of the job requires you to climb ladders.  You must be able to meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment used. Candidate’s body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
  • Be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders
  • Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air conditioned, and work may be inside or outside, not dependent of weather
  • Work could require kneeling, crawling, bending or other positions that may be uncomfortable
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role
