Join Our Team

Peak Refreshments is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Route Driver Trainer to help develop the next generation of Route Drivers. This leadership position is ideal for someone who excels at mentoring others, leading by example, and maintaining high operational standards.

As a Route Driver Trainer, you'll be responsible for onboarding, coaching, and evaluating new Route Drivers while ensuring they master our service expectations, customer experience standards, merchandising practices, inventory accuracy, food safety procedures, and route operations. You'll work side-by-side with trainees during their onboarding, providing hands-on instruction, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations that prepare them for long-term success.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Route Driver looking to advance into a leadership role while making a direct impact on employee development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Train and mentor newly hired Route Drivers through our structured onboarding program
  • Demonstrate best practices for servicing vending machines, micro markets, pantry accounts, and fresh food programs
  • Teach inventory management, merchandising standards, food safety, route efficiency, and customer service
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide daily coaching and feedback
  • Conduct route audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of route delivery, merchandising, vending, or micro market experience preferred
  • Previous training, coaching, or leadership experience is highly desired

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
