Job description

We are building the next generation of Amazon's last-mile delivery network, where autonomous systems-both delivery robots and autonomous vans-operate as a coordinated, scalable fleet. This role owns the Data Foundation product charter, defining how we collect data, process data for training models. You will own definition and build out of metrics which measure success on parameters such as safety, quality of deliveries by robots and cost to serve for the program.
As a Senior PMT, you will define and drive the end-to-end product strategy for data capture, processing and reporting

You will operate at the intersection of robotics, logistics, and large-scale distributed data management systems.
Key job responsibilities
Define data models for capturing data from live operations, simulations.
Identify missing data elements and create roadmap for capturing missing elements.
Define metrics to drive decision making on safety, quality and cost to serve.
Define and track key metrics such as delivery success rates, intervention rates, cycle time impact, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate across multiple teams including robotics (hardware and autonomy), Last Mile Tech (routing, driver apps), station operations, fleet, and customer experience.
Translate field learnings into product and process improvements, closing the loop between pilots and roadmap.
Build mechanisms to inspect system performance across pilots and early deployments.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership.
Write concise updates and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
