Join Our Team as a General Labor - Lead Traffic Controller!

We are seeking a dependable and experienced General Labor - Lead Traffic Controller to oversee traffic operations at an Amazon facility. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow while providing guidance and support to onsite traffic control staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily traffic control operations.
  • Direct vehicle traffic safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
  • Assist with training and supporting Traffic Controllers.
  • Monitor traffic patterns and address congestion issues.
  • Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and site policies.
  • Communicate effectively with site management, drivers, and staff.
  • Report incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous traffic control, security, logistics, or supervisory experience preferred.
