About the Role

Signal Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately received, processed, and shipped on time.

You’ll work closely with leadership and team members to maintain efficiency, uphold quality standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with a collaborative team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)


What You’ll Do
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Verify shipments and ensure all documentation is correct
  • Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts
  • Process customer and vendor returns, including inspections and documentation
  • Prepare and ship transfer orders to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
  • Inspect products for damage or defects and coordinate next steps with leadership
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensure shipping supplies are stocked and available
  • Use reporting tools to support inventory and shipping efficiency
  • Assist with process improvements and documentation
  • Take on additional projects as needed

What You Bring
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay positive and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior warehouse experience (1+ year)
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Comfort using warehouse systems and technology

Preferred:

  • Experience with NetSuite and RF
  • Forklift and/or Hazmat certification

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Active, hands-on role requiring standing and walking throughout the day
  • Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Use of pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders and move throughout the warehouse

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)
