About the Role: The Amazon DC Processor is responsible for accurately processing Amazon customer orders within the distribution center. This position ensures products are picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to Amazon and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and process Amazon customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to read and interpret pick tickets to locate, verify, and process products for customer orders.
  • Verify product quantities, SKUs, and conditions prior to shipment.
  • Build boxes and prepare packaging materials to ensure products are protected from damage during shipment.
  • Label packages in accordance with Amazon compliance requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
  • Maintain productivity goals while meeting established quality standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
  • Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
  • Support additional warehouse functions during peak periods or as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or Amazon processing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer and scanner experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
  • Manual dexterity is required to operate machinery and handle small items.
