Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and professional Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team. This is a fast-paced, active role where you will safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers while providing outstanding customer service and representing both our company and Amazon professionally.

You will drive an Amazon-branded delivery van, follow pre-planned routes, and use delivery technology to complete daily deliveries efficiently.

Previous experience working as an Amazon Delivery Associate (DA) is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver 150+ packages per day to residential and commercial locations.
  • Safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery van along assigned routes.
  • Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs), ensuring proper organization and secure transport.
  • Use GPS navigation and handheld delivery devices to complete deliveries accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
  • Collect proof of delivery or customer signatures when required.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Training Provided

  • Paid training included.
  • New drivers begin with nursery routes before transitioning to full routes.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Previous experience as an Amazon Delivery Associate (DA) is highly desirable.
  • Delivery driving, courier, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
