Job description

Take the wheel with StrawHat Logistics. We are a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner based right here in Greenfield, and we are hiring Delivery Drivers now. No delivery experience needed.

This is a job where you are out on the road instead of stuck behind a counter, working with a crew that knows your name. We are a safety-first company, and safety always comes before speed on our routes. We provide the van, the fuel, the insurance, and paid training to get you road-ready from day one. You bring a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn.

Pay is $21.75 to $24.00 per hour with weekly paychecks and overtime opportunities. Full-time drivers also receive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and childcare benefits. Performance bonuses, a referral bonus, and a stocked break room are open to the whole team.

Most of our drivers are full-time, working 4 days a week and 10 hours a day, with routes running seven days a week. Part-time schedules are available, and we build consistent repeating weekly schedules so you can plan your life around your route. Veterans and Guard and Reserve members are encouraged to apply, and we offer military leave.

Ready to roll? Apply today. We review applications daily and can usually get you in for an interview within the week.
