Job Description

Dino Delivery LLC is a delivery service provider for Amazon. This is a Dino Delivery LLC Delivery Associate/ Delivery Driver position. You will be a delivery driver delivering packages to Amazon’s customers from an Amazon warehouse driving a non-CDL vehicle. You will deliver Amazon packages to residential and businesses sites. Dino Delivery LLC provides delivery vans, fuel, devices/GPS and uniforms for all Delivery Associates/Drivers.

Qualifications
  • MUST be at least 21 years

  • MUST have a VALID a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • MUST  have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) 

  • Verifiable driving experience preferred, but not required

  • MUST successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

  • MUST have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Show up on time, start time is 11:20 AM

  • Load vans at Amazon Warehouse

  •  
  • Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, and tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

  • Work in ALL weather conditions and on various routes achieving 15000 to 20000 steps a day

  • Get in and out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

  • Keep pace in physically demanding job

  • Use devices (provided) to track your progress while on route and for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members

  • Complete routes safely and efficiently and successfully handle and deliver packages on time to Amazon’s customers

  • Perform safety inspections on vans

  • Drive safely and follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions

  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
