Job description

Amazon's Global Logistics organization moves products from vendors to customers faster and at lower cost, directly fueling the Amazon flywheel by improving selection availability, reducing prices, and enhancing the customer experience. As a Supply Chain Manager on the Inbound Delivery Quality team, you will own processes and build programs that optimize how millions of units flow from thousands of vendors into Amazon's fulfillment network, lowering costs and accelerating delivery speed for customers. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong program leadership to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery.

You will scope programs, build execution roadmaps, develop mechanisms for tracking progress and risk, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership. This role requires the ability to operate with autonomy, influence without direct authority, and deliver results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key job responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for cross-functional programs that optimize inbound on time arrivals across Amazon's North American fulfillment network
Develop program roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive complex initiatives from conception through delivery while coordinating across Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams
Analyze data to identify delivery quality opportunities, build business cases for strategic investments, and implement solutions that reduce cost, improve throughput, and strengthen delivery performance
Communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving alignment and securing resources across multiple stakeholder groups
Design and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, and governance frameworks that improve program execution and establish best practices across the organization
A day in the life
You start mornings reviewing network performance dashboards and triaging priorities with your program team.

Midday, you lead working sessions with Transportation, Operations, and Technology partners to unblock initiatives and drive decisions. Afternoons are spent analyzing freight data to identify optimization opportunities, preparing business reviews for leadership, or mentoring team members on program execution. No two days are identical because you manage a portfolio of concurrent programs at different stages.

You operate with autonomy, make high-judgment calls, and see your work directly improve how Amazon delivers to customers.
About the team
The Inbound Transportation Delivery Quality team is responsible for how vendor freight arrives into Amazon's fulfillment network. We design, build, and optimize the programs that connect thousands of vendors to hundreds of fulfillment centers, ensuring inventory arrives on time and at the lowest possible cost. Our work sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, technology, and operational execution

We are a collaborative team of program managers and supply chain experts who thrive in ambiguity and measure success by the customer impact we deliver.
