Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence on Amazon. This role manages product listings, sales performance, advertising, compliance, and day-to-day account operations to drive revenue while protecting the brand. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate product representation, inventory availability, and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management

  • Daily hands-on manages and optimizes the company’s Amazon Seller Central account for international Amazon marketplaces to drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.

  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve issues (e.g., suppressed listings, policy violations, account warnings).

Product Listings & Content

  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images).

  • Ensure listings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Coordinate updates for new products, variations, and discontinued items.

Sales & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion, visibility, and revenue.

  • Analyze reports related to sales, traffic, conversion rates, and Buy Box performance.

Amazon Advertising (PPC)

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).

  • Monitor ad spend, ROI, and performance metrics. (TACOS & ROAS)

  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Inventory & Fulfillment

  • Coordinate inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock.

  • Monitor FBA and/or FBM performance, including shipping issues and delays.

  • Work with internal teams or vendors to forecast demand and replenish inventory.

Customer Experience & Reviews

  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and seller messages.

  • Implement strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and overall customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare regular reports on Amazon performance, trends, and recommendations.

  • Communicate key insights, risks, and growth opportunities to leadership.

  • Stay current on Amazon platform changes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

  • 2 - 3 years experience on Amazon marketplace, prefer International marketplace.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, listing optimization, and performance metrics.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with Amazon PPC and advertising optimization.

  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.

  • Experience working with FBA, FBM, and inventory forecasting.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and reporting dashboards.

  • Results-driven and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

Physical/Mental Requirements and Work Environment

This position is primarily sedentary working in front of a computer in an air-controlled environment.  Frequent use of eyesight, fingering, and ability to sit for long periods is required.
