Are you ready to join our team? Are you a "great people" person? Do you enjoy interacting and serving others within a professional setting? We are looking for a dynamic employee as a CSR to our team. This candidate will have a positive demeanor and excellent skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from our existing clients and build effective customer relationships
  • Work in conjunction with the Outside Sales team to provide quotations and process orders in a timely manner
  • Provide backup & support for other Customer Service members
  • Performs other related duties as assigned, clerical work, assist the IT department with office equipment and troubleshoot

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude in dealing with customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

  • We are a drug free workplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required
  • Some IT experience w/computer/office equipment a plus
