We are currently hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative.
The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to work with all Sales and Customer Service team members to proactively meet our customers' expectations by delivering exceptional customer service to all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promotes Kele Companies' products and services utilizing ASLAN sales principles and communicates Kele Companies' value propositions to customers
  • Maintains customer and account information in Salesforce database
  • Sets up new customer accounts as per requests from the Accounting Department
  • Completes outbound calls to customers for payment information
  • Escalates complex cases to Senior Customer Service Team
  • Releases web holds from orders
  • Enters portal orders
  • Inputs address information into Amazon orders
  • Rotates with front desk duties
  • Acts as an overflow resource for Salesforce team cases
  • Participates in training opportunities and self-study in order to increase product and industry knowledge and to improve personal performance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year related work experience
  • Ability to learn and use company software
