We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Micro Auto Group team!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Highland Park, MI (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time (through Hire Power Staffing)

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

About Micro Auto Group Micro Auto Group is a family-owned company with over 75 years of experience in the automotive industry. Founded in 1948, we have grown into five divisions: Paint, Parts, Chrome Plating, Injection Molding, and Tooling. Today, we continue to serve customers nationwide through our manufacturing operations and e-commerce businesses, including Bumpers.com.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is also comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online ordering systems. This role combines customer support with product and data management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce websites.

Micro Auto Group is seeking an individual who wants to grow with our expanding e-commerce platforms. We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help us continue building our online presence. Some automotive knowledge is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer service by phone, email, and eBay online chat.

· Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries.

· Process and print customer orders.

· Create and maintain product listings on eBay and BigCommerce (Bumpers.com).

· Enter and manage data using Excel and other database applications.

· Upload product information, images, and descriptions to e-commerce platforms.

· Maintain customer records and document interactions.

· Troubleshoot customer concerns and product issues.

· Perform filing and other administrative tasks as needed.

· Help identify opportunities to improve processes and grow the company's e-commerce presence.

· Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services.

?Qualifications:

· Some automotive knowledge is required.

· Previous customer service, sales, or e-commerce experience preferred.

· Experience with online ordering systems, eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and database applications.

· Auto collision or automotive parts experience is a plus.

· SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing experience is desirable.

· Ability to identify vehicle make, model, and year information.

· Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Ability to connect the dots, think critically, and proactively identify solutions and opportunities to improve processes and support the growth of our e-commerce business.

· Willingness to suggest improvements and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

· Positive, professional attitude and strong attendance record.

· Basic accounting experience is a plus.
