Job description

Amazon's Corporate Development team seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Development organization. In this high-visibility role, you will evaluate diverse business opportunities spanning M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives. This position plays a key, active role on a small team that drives corporate transactions across businesses at Amazon.
Key responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Support critical due diligence efforts across corporate transactions
- Conduct comprehensive research on industries, potential partners, and investment strategies
- Lead financial analyses that guide senior management decision-making
- Deliver impactful recommendations to senior management and executive teams
