Job description

Ready to reshape the future of digital advertising?
Amazon Ads isn't just competing in the ad tech space-we're redefining it. We're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial partnerships leader to unlock new demand sources and revenue channels that expand Amazon's total addressable advertising market.
The Enterprise Partnerships - Demand lead within the Ads Strategy / BD team is responsible for identifying, structuring, and scaling partnerships that bring new advertiser demand into Amazon's ecosystem. This includes third-party syndicated demand, local advertising, and emerging revenue channels

This individual will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle-from market mapping and opportunity identification through deal structuring, technical integration design, and scaled execution.
The role focuses on partnerships that unlock previously untapped advertiser budgets-whether from new advertiser categories, programmatic demand aggregators, or innovative supply-side integrations-by securing inventory priority, preferential pricing, and monetization models that expand Amazon's advertising reach beyond its core advertiser base.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or partnerships executive who combines strategic vision with technical product fluency. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of advertising technology, demand aggregation, and marketplace economics. You bring deep understanding of demand-side dynamics, programmatic infrastructure, and the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and architect new partnership constructs that deliver measurable revenue impact at scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the strategic connective tissue between Amazon Ads' product/sales leaders and the world's most influential advertising partners-agencies, SIs, and martech innovators alike
- Design partnership models that don't exist yet-creative commercial structures, differentiated pricing, and demand/supply constructs that only Amazon can offer
- Crack the hardest problems in ad tech: build identity solutions for targeting and measurement in a privacy-first world, and pioneer data strategies that leverage Amazon's unmatched first-party signals, retail insights, and audience intelligence
- Own the agency holding company relationships -aligning on media investment strategies, negotiating preferential access, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of Amazon's DSP, retail media, and measurement suite
- Forge alliances with elite system integrators to embed Amazon Ads into large-scale digital transformation programs-making us the default, not the afterthought
- Scout the frontier: proactively engage emerging martech players, assess where the market is heading, and structure collaborations that keep Amazon Ads two steps ahead
- Stay ahead of seismic industry shifts-data clean rooms, identity resolution, AI-driven media buying-and turn them into Amazon Ads advantages before competitors even react
- Drive real revenue impact by accelerating deal velocity, unlocking inorganic growth, and building scalable go-to-market motions with partners
- Shape the industry itself: influence best practices, challenge legacy models, and establish Amazon Ads as the partnership of choice for the world's largest advertisers
