Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their Banking Team!
Location: On-site Green Bay, WI or Stevens Point, WI
Schedule: Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 7pm or 12pm and 9pm Monday through Friday plus every other Saturday working 8am to 5pm
Contract: 3 months with potential for an extension or conversion to full-time
Pay Rate: $19 to $20.00 an hour - Depending on Shift
As a Customer Service Specialist you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels in a cross functional Contact Center. The Representative will:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email with professionalism.
- Deliver quality service to retain customers and support business growth.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, products, services, and procedures.
- Process account maintenance, transactions, fee refunds, debit card requests, updates, and stop payments.
- Protect customers and the bank by following fraud prevention and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED.
- 1-2 years customer service, banking, retail, insurance, healthcare, telemarketing/sales experience.
