Job description

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Channel Sales to lead and scale our distribution footprint across the Electronics, Electrical, and Amazon/E-commerce markets. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers who serve as the primary link between our brand and our most critical partners.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with a deep understanding of multi-channel distribution. You aren't just managing accounts; you are building a high-performance ecosystem. You will be responsible for the "big picture" strategy-aligning channel activities with corporate revenue goals while coaching your team to drive partner loyalty and operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Channel Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to exceed their individual and regional targets.
  • Channel Strategy & Expansion: Design and execute the overarching channel roadmap. Identify untapped opportunities in the Electrical and Electronics sectors and lead the onboarding of new high-value distributors.
  • E-commerce & Amazon Governance: Oversee the unique challenges of the Amazon/E-commerce marketplace, focusing on brand integrity, relevant assortment, risk mitigation, Buy Box stability, and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance.
  • High-Level Contract Negotiation: Act as the subject matter expert for complex enterprise-level agreements. Lead high-stakes negotiations and program updates to ensure favorable terms and long-term profitability.
  • Executive Transparency: Serve as the voice of the Channel. Regularly present performance metrics, pipeline health, and market outlooks to the executive leadership team.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, HR and Marketing to ensure our product launches are synchronized with channel readiness and that we maintain a top position within partner portfolios.
