About the Role


KITSCH is currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist to own and elevate our Amazon listings. In this role, you won’t just maintain listings, you’ll actively optimize, innovate, and lead improvements that directly impact our growth on the world’s largest Online Marketplace.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Own the Optimization Process: Take full responsibility for the health and performance of our Amazon product catalog. You’ll ensure listings are fully optimized, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice and goals.
  • Think Like a Customer, Act Like a Strategist: Conduct thorough market and keyword research to craft engaging, high-converting product titles, bullets, and descriptions. Continually improve existing content to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Be Proactive & Data-Driven: Monitor listing performance using internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10). Identify trends, uncover issues, and implement optimization strategies—before problems arise.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with graphic design, marketing, and compliance teams to execute timely listing updates, ensure image and content quality, and support new product launches.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track changes in Amazon’s algorithm, SEO best practices, and category-specific trends. Make proactive recommendations that ensure Kitsch remains competitive and top-ranked.
  • Independent Problem-Solving: Whether it’s troubleshooting suppressed listings or identifying why a product’s rank has dropped, you’ll take initiative, investigate thoroughly, and present clear solutions.

    • 4+ years of experience Managing and Optimizing Amazon Listings.
  • Required Skills
    • Deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem.
    • Proficiency in market and keyword research.
    • Experience with Helium10 for listing performance monitoring.
    • Strong grasp of SEO best practices.
    • Adept at troubleshooting.
