Job description

At AWS Professional Services (ProServe), we are building customer solutions that accelerate capacity for business outcomes reinventing customer and employee experiences. Our AWS AI Experience Center Demo Solutions Architect role will drive the strategy for demo solutions and build high-quality demonstrations to showcase with customers visiting the HQ2 location. You will provide customer guidance on technical needs to support activating demo-based solutions viewed in the space and educate customers and partners on current and emerging AI technologies and solutions transforming various industries in areas such as automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, and advanced analytics.


You will provide hands-on architectural guidance for real-life customer projects involving various AWS services and Independent Software Vendor (ISV)/partner solutions and collaborate with cross-Amazon teams to develop outcome-based holistic solutions for strategic opportunities for customers who have visited the space. In this role, you'll be a demo creator, storyteller, and presenter, building and publishing demos for customers in one-on-one and group settings.
You'll work with customers in person and remotely, sharing your expertise and insights.

You will also anticipate future trends and identify applications of emerging technologies that should be showcased for customers in the Experience Center space in alignment with key services and product releases.
