Job Summary

The Associate Business Manager,  Amazon supports the daytoday execution, analysis, and coordination required to grow GPN's business across Amazon US and Amazon Canada. As the Associate Customer Business Manager you will collaborate with brand teams, media, supply chain, and agency partners to optimize performance, improve execution standards, and enable datadriven decisionmaking.

 

 

Key Responsibilities for the Associate Customer Business Manager:

Customer & Commercial Support

  • Support Amazon US and CA revenue planning and forecasting, assisting with monthly updates, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in managing trade budgets, monitoring performance and profitability impacts.
  • Support partnership workflows with Amazon Retail, Advertising, and Fresh teams to execute joint business priorities.

Catalog & Digital Shelf Management

  • Maintain accurate catalog data across Amazon NA, including master data, images, titles, bullet points, and A+ content.
  • Support new item setup and ensure timely execution across systems.
  • Monitor digital shelf KPIs such as availability, search ranking, content health, and ratings & reviews.

Advertising & Merchandising Support

  • Coordinate Amazon Advertising plans with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Assist with campaign inputs, reporting, performance reviews, and execution of promotional vehicles.
  • Support onsite merchandising, brand stores, and promotional events.

Analytics & Insights

  • Compile weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, traffic, conversion, share, and ad performance.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends across Amazon US and CA.
  • Provide insights that inform brand and commercial priorities.

Supply Chain & Operations Support

  • Collaborate with supply chain to monitor inventory, forecast accuracy, and Amazon shipment compliance.
  • Help track fill rates, OTIF performance, and provide visibility on key operational blockers.
  • Assist in developing improved workflows around demand planning and supply alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand, media, demand planning, digital shelf, and finance to ensure synchronized execution across Amazon NA.
  • Support cross-functional meetings with data preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in documenting processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Experience required

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, marketing, or strategy within CPG industry
  • Handson experience working with Amazon Retail, Amazon Advertising, or Amazon Fresh.
  • Understanding of Amazon US/CA marketplace dynamics including retail, advertising, and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

  • Ability to work crossfunctionally in a matrixed environment.
