Winery Order & Fulfillment Coordinator Wholesale Sales Department  |  Part-Time   About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Winery Order & Fulfillment Coordinator to execute the daily operations of our wholesale sales department including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. This is a key role bridging warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & brewery * Generate invoices using Sage Accounting software * Act as a primary contact for customers, providing updates and responding to queries * Pick and pack licensee and export orders * Coordinate shipping logistics and all paperwork for local, out-of-province, and overseas orders * Liaise with carriers and freight partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries * Maintain inventory and manage transfer of product between warehouses * Schedule and manage the daily activities of our in-house delivery driver * Manage licensee accounts receivables * Payout invoices and process internal deposits * Perform data entry including promotions, receivables, and reconciling non-wine and beer inventory Qualifications * Post-secondary education * Previous experience in beverage/alcohol order fulfillment * Proficient in Sage Accounting or similar accounting/invoicing software * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to work approximately 20-30 hours per week * Must be able to lift 45 lbs What We Offer  * Small business with a big mindset.
