Role- Marketing Analyst

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Develop strategic partnerships across various teams and unite marketing strategies at all tiers and with Dealer Groups.
  • Drive cross-tier initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit, leveraging detailed data analytics for a unified marketing approach.
  • Collaborate on seamless Cross-Tier Media Strategy and Measurement with internal teams to ensure smooth execution at the Dealer level.
  • Enhance data capabilities using T3 product portfolio, identifying exclusive first-party data to be shared with participating Dealers at no extra cost.
  • Engage with stakeholders as the primary T3 contact for cross-tier advertising initiatives and goals.
  • Work with brand teams to maximize retail performance and sales for key markets, channels, or models.
  • Infuse T3 perspectives into national strategies, supporting dealer-level execution.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools to implement innovative practices across tiers.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cross-tier initiatives, facilitating partner selection and strategic implementation.
  • Collaborate directly with Dealer Groups to establish shared goals and strategic opportunities, strengthening partnerships.
  • Advocate for Dealer Groups in cross-tier discussions, offering actionable insights from data-driven recommendations.

The Right Person Has…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Marketing, Media, Audience Targeting, or Brand roles within retail marketing.
  • A strong understanding of automotive retail and digital marketing strategies to drive sales and dealer profitability.
  • Experience in digital media strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 3, with a sound knowledge of various platforms, technologies, and processes.
  • A keen awareness of digital trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging channels to foster innovation.
  • Proficiency in all paid digital advertising channels, including SEM, Display, Social Media, Video, CTV, etc.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), digital media analytics, and audience curation.
  • Experience with T3-specific tools such as Call Tracking, Vehicle Merchandising, and Chat Tools, among others.
  • Knowledge of major media platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and Google, and experience working within a dealer-vendor ecosystem.
