Amazon Legal is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support the commercial and go-to-market functions for the Amazon Freight and Amazon Air Cargo service offerings within Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com.
Key job responsibilities
- Counseling the sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.
- Providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships.
- Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
