Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to define program strategies and deliver delightful solutions in video advertising to our advertisers. You will drive simple and elegant advertiser and publisher facing features with complex data systems behind them. You will manage implementation of multiple projects ensuring product strategy goals and requirements are delivered with quality.
As Sr TPM, you will interact with product managers, software development managers, developers, and senior leaders across partner teams in the ads organization to deliver complex projects and programs

You will define roadmap deliverables, develop program execution plans, track progress, anticipate risks, provide escalation management, make sound trade off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
The successful candidate has technical skills to devise solutions, design, build, and deliver it. You are expected to be detail oriented, with strong technical background and excellent problem solving skills. You develop a deep understanding of product design and implementation details to effectively represent engineering teams to senior leadership and customers
