What You'll Do
The Coordinator, Amazon will support the Amazon business across the United States and United Kingdom marketplaces. This role is responsible for the execution and maintenance of Amazon product listings, new item launches, creative asset development, promotional setup, catalog health, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in ecommerce. This individual will work cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, media, and agency partners to ensure Amazon content and customer experiences remain best-in-class.
What You'll Be Working On
New Product Launch Execution
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon setup for new product launches across Amazon US and Amazon UK.
  • Upload and maintain product titles, bullet points, imagery, videos, A+ Content, premium beauty attributes and backend inputs.
  • Support Amazon Brand Store updates and launch implementation.
  • Ensure all product content is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Creative Briefing & Content Development
  • Own the creative briefing process for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen content updates.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs for:
    • Product detail page images & A+ Content
    • Amazon Brand Store assets
    • Amazon Advertising creative across Search, DSP and CTV
  • Partner with internal creative teams and agency partners to ensure timely asset delivery.

Listing Optimization & SEO
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic visibility and customer discoverability.
  • Support optimization efforts for Amazon SEO and Alexa shopping recommendations.
  • Execute A/B testing for product page creative, imagery, and copy while tracking results and recommendations.

Catalog Health & Maintenance
  • Monitor catalog health and proactively identify listing issues.
  • Open and manage Amazon support cases related to:
    • Product suppressions
    • Variation issues
    • Content errors
    • Catalog discrepancies
  • Regularly audit product pages to ensure content accuracy and best-in-class execution.

Promotional Execution
  • Support setup and maintenance of Amazon promotional programs including:
    • Subscribe & Save
    • Brand Tailored Promotions
    • Coupons
    • Other Amazon merchandising initiatives

Reporting & Competitive Analysis
  • Maintain recurring business reporting including Brand Store performance, Virtual Bundle reporting, and other merchandising KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, new product launches, promotional strategies, and ecommerce trends.
  • Share marketplace insights and recommendations with the broader team.
Must Haves
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or marketplace management preferred.
  • Amazon experience preferred but not required.
  • Beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for beauty, ecommerce, and digital retail.
