Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation’s active-duty military members and their families — in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.

Position Highlights:
  • Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week

  • Manageable Patient Load: See just 12–15 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care — not quantity
