The Solutions Consultants team serves as a strategic bridge between sales, product, implementation, and the client. The team is responsible for understanding customer business needs, translating those needs into practical solution recommendations, and demonstrating how the organization's technology and services can support operational goals, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

The Senior Sales Representative, Technical Pre-Sales,is responsible fornew logo acquisition and expansion of sales across their assigned territory. This role will focus on a consultative sales approach, helping clients understand the valueoftheAmadeus S&C Solutions and how these solutions can help drive value and efficiency for our customers.

• Collaborate with Account Executives in assigned territory to manage and grow the new sales pipeline for all S&C solutions (Delphi, MeetingBroker and all Peripheral Solutions)

• Execute outreach campaigns, follow up with prospects, and close deals in territory.

• Apply consultative selling best practices and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.

• Consistently achieve new sales revenue targets and support regional growth priorities.

• Understand client business challenges and position strategies for our S&C solutions.

• Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven presentations tailored to the customer's needs.

• Collaborate with Solution Consultant counterparts on complex deals where the customer can benefit from multiple Amadeus solutions.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing models.

• Clearly articulate the holistic value of Amadeus solutions versus competitors' siloed offerings.

• Serve as a thought leader in the meetings and events industry, sales and marketing group trends, etc.

• Help to Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and market needs.

• Participate in sales kickoffs, training sessions, and promotional initiatives.

• Work with Sales and Business Development to accelerate new sales pipeline and deal velocity.

• Ensure Amadeus S&C Solutions are integrated into the entire Amadeus solution suite story.

• Experience with sales and catering software (preferred Delphi)

• 5+ years in sales and revenue within the Hospitality and/or Hospitality SaaS Industry

• Experience in hospitality sales and marketing or event sales.

• Skilled in platform/Total Solution selling.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to demonstrate software in a storytelling manner.

• Familiarity with hotel sales and marketing operations.

• Familiarity with event operations.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales enablement platforms.

• Willingness to travel.
