Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and run Amada turret punch press machines (AE 2510NT, EMK 3612)
  • Perform complete machine setups including tooling, adjustments, and material loading
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and production issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Set up and operate Amada turret punch press machines, including the Amada AE 2510NT and Amada EMK 3612. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with machine setup, blueprint reading, and producing quality parts in a fast paced manufacturing environment.Qualifications
