Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around the White Bear Lake, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28+/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Press Brake Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
  • Set up and operate Amada press brakes (various sizes)
  • Perform full machine setups from start to finish
  • Complete tool changes and ensure proper setup for each job
  • Read and interpret blueprints (E-prints)
  • Work with both American and European tooling
  • Calculate bend deductions and material stretch-outs

Requirements
  • 5+ years of press brake setup and tooling experience
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Experience with Amada machines preferred
  • Must have your own basic hand tools (calipers, squares, protractors, etc.)
  • Tools must be able to pass on-site calibration
