Job Summary

AM Line Cooks are responsible for executing prep and service for breakfast and lunch with precision and efficiency. This role ensures proper station setup, consistent food quality, and clean kitchen practices during all daytime operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary prep and equipment.
  • Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items according to CALA standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station throughout service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and FOH staff.
  • Participate in opening and midday cleaning duties.
Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
  • Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
Work Environment & Expectations

  • Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance.
  • Must be reliable and on time for early AM shifts.
