Our kitchen is the heart of our restaurant, and it is critical that we staff our kitchens with the strongest cooks available to us. Previous breakfast experience is extremely helpful and ability to multitask and produce at an extremely high volume are the keys to success in the cook position. Priority will be given to candidates with the strongest availability and flexibility. Sundays are an absolute must, as this is our busiest day of the week. Responsibilities of the Prep Cook:

  • Have an interest (passion preferred) for cooking and comfortable with customer special orders.
  • Prepare food to recipe
  • Know our menu and its ingredients in detail
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to qualify and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, each workstation and equipment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
  • Engage in teamwork
  • Follows all sanitation and safety policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Report any safety/mechanical issues to management immediately


Skills of the Prep Cook:

  • Excellent Culinary skills (knife cuts, etc.) required.
  • Able to work and think in a fast-paced environment while producing a repetition of items per the approved recipe.
  • Able to excel in high pressure environments
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions


Qualifications / Requirements of thePrep Cook:

  • Enjoy working in a kitchen environment - 6 months or more experience in a restaurant kitchen would be big plus
  • Must be a team player
  • High school diploma preferred
