About Us
We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality architectural aluminum metal products. Our products are used in commercial and industrial buildings across the country. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented production team members to join our shop floor team.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assembling architectural aluminum metal products and related sheet metal components according to drawings and production schedules. This role works closely with fabrication, finishing, and quality teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and ship on time.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aluminum products and subcomponents according to work orders and shop drawings
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and production documents
  • Measure and verify parts using tape measures, squares, and other hand tools
  • Operate basic shop equipment (drills, screw guns, sanders, grinders, etc.)
  • Assist with material handling and staging for production
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish standards
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements

Qualifications
Required:
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16")
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication
  • Experience working with aluminum products
  • Familiarity with shop drawings
  • Forklift experience (certification a plus)
