ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Aluminum Installer to join our growing field team in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and wants steady, long-term opportunity with a company that values its people.

You will work alongside experienced crew members installing screen enclosures, aluminum structures, and related systems at residential and commercial job sites. Projects are pre-measured and designed in advance, allowing for efficient, organized installations. This role requires availability to travel and includes fabrication and field work, with high-rise projects as part of the scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install screen enclosures, aluminum framing, and related structures at commercial job sites.
  • Perform fabrication work and field installations, including high-rise projects as assigned.
  • Travel to job sites as needed; flexibility and availability to travel is required for this role.
  • Follow project measurements, layouts, and installation drawings to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
  • Work with field crew members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
  • Operate basic tools and equipment including drills, saws, levels, and hand tools safely and correctly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site throughout the project.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and occasionally customers.
  • Perform re-screening, repairs, and touch-ups as needed.
  • Work on swing stages and elevated access systems when required; proper training and safety compliance are mandatory.
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards on every job.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 35 years of experience in aluminum installation, construction required.
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.).
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work on swing stages and at heights safely and confidently.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to job sites, including high-rise projects.
  • Strong work ethics, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions, read layouts, and work as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
