Manage and direct all aluminum casting operations, including melting, casting, and sawing, to meet production goals while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aluminum casting, extrusion or related industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior supervisory experience in an industrial plant.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with lean 6 sigma a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Metallurgy or equivalent.
  • In depth knowledge of casting process, operation of equipment, aluminum alloys and standards, use of precision instruments and customer orders and specifications.
  • Ability to use various systems to track, understand, report and improve on all KPI’s.
  • Experience with ISO 9000 and/or ISO/TS 16949 Quality Systems.
  • Travel up to 5%.
