Job description

Altitude Trampoline Park Webster is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!
What You Need
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, to and from work
  • Completion of in-house safety training

A Typical Day
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
  • Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest
  • Manage employee relations
  • Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customers' questions, complaints, or requests.
  • Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areas
  • Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists
  • Work as a team with other management team members
  • Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
