$20 to $21 per hour

Altis Grand Lake Willis is looking for a Leasing Consultant with Lease-up experience to usetheir customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required
• Lease-up experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
