Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in providing IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions. They are seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to manage the deployment and configuration of computer devices, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Experience using various tools to image and configure computer devices for mass deployments
• Experience with tools that allow for remote deployment of software licenses
• Experience with mass deployments is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Understanding of asset management functions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired or comparable work experience
• Experience using various tools to image and configure computer devices for mass deployments
• Experience with tools that allow for remote deployment of software licenses
• Excellent customer service is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Understanding of asset management functions
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers
• Strong Problem-Solving skills

• Knowledge and understanding of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems

• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Microsoft Certification (MCP), MCE, ITIL Foundation, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) – preferred
• VMware & Citrix virtual desktop experience (preferred)
