• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to gain a deep understanding of each student's individual challenges and strengths.
• Collaborate closely with students, families, and educational professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that honor cultural considerations and match specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)—to provide individualized and group therapy sessions that empower and equip students for success.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary and work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and school counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for students in acute need.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide psychoeducation and resources to students and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and develop effective coping strategies.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments based on data to improve overall client wellness.
• Stay current with best practices, continuously integrating new research into your clinical work to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines strictly, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all patient information.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system. Many students experience a range of challenges, from academic stress to emotional struggles stemming from trauma. By providing tailored interventions, you will actively contribute to better academic engagement and emotional resilience in this client population.

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a proven understanding of the traumas affecting the school community.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

• Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions and familiarity with relevant digital tools.
• Previous experience with crisis intervention and collaborative care models will be beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
