Practice Details:
  • Successful group hiring Otolaryngology / ENT Physician
  • Location: Montgomery, Alabama
  • Full Time Schedule: Mon to Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-12p
  • Inpatient/Outpatient settings - clinic is nexttohospital
  • Join 5other ENTs
  • Volume: 20-22patients/day - mix of patients
  • Hospital Details
    • Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
    • Eligible for block time after 6 months
    • Surgical robotics available
  • Each physician has a nurse or MA which works alongside
  • Full ancillary staff
  • Call: 1/5, Hospital/ER call 1/7
  • EMR: Altera Paragon and Athena - integrated system
  • Hospital employed
  • Accepting New Grads andH1 /J1 Visa candidates
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary with 3 year guarantee
  • Quarterly Bonuses (RVU bonus structure)
