Job description

Join DEUTZ, a global pioneer in diesel, gas, and electric powertrains serving construction, agriculture, material handling, stationary equipment, commercial and rail vehicles. At our DEUTZ Power Center, you’ll be the in-shop pro who keeps engines and equipment running at their best.

A day in this role

Parts are already pre-ordered because you planned ahead; anything missing is coordinated with our Parts Specialists. You diagnose a customer-reported issue, confer with the Service Department for approval on a complex repair, complete the work to spec, and button up the cosmetic finish so the unit looks as good as it runs. Throughout the day you keep the bay spotless, document time and tasks precisely, and treat every customer interaction with respect and honesty. Before you leave, you return all unused parts per DEUTZ guidelines and help file a warranty claim on a completed job.
