Job Description:

Esta posicion es responsable de la limpieza manual y mecanica de los equipos en el area de Formulacion, cumpliendo con los estandares de seguridad y calidad.

Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:

• Raspar, cincelar y cepillar todas las superficies de contacto de los equipos de Formulacion para eliminar material.

• Barrer, aspirar y retirar todo el material en polvo de los equipos, pisos, tuberias, etc.

• Mantener un conocimiento solido del funcionamiento mecanico de la Linea Suave.

• Capacidad para recibir capacitacion en la operacion de equipos dentro del area de Formulacion de la Linea Suave (Operador de Formulacion).

• Capacidad para operar equipos de Formulacion.

• Realizar Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).

• Manejar productos quimicos.

• Mantener el area de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

• Desempenar las tareas de manera segura, segun se describe en los Procedimientos Operativos Estandar (SOP) de Servicios Publicos.

• Usar un respirador durante toda la duracion del turno.

• Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por la gerencia.

Cualificaciones y Habilidades:

• Capacidad para obtener la certificacion en la operacion de montacargas y grua aerea.

• Capacidad para obtener la certificacion en Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).

• Capacidad para obtener la certificacion en Manejo de Productos Quimicos.

• Conocimientos basicos de informatica.

Requisitos Minimos:

• Educacion: Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (preferido).

• Experiencia: N/A

• Sistemas: Conocimientos basicos de informatica.

• Participar en ejercicios diarios de estiramiento y flexibilidad.

• Trabajar en un ambiente exterior en todas las condiciones climaticas.

El rango por hora inicial de Cambria para esta posicion es de $17.15 - $22.66. Los rangos por hora se determinan segun el puesto, el nivel y la ubicacion. Esta posicion puede ser elegible para un diferencial de turno del 15%, que se aplicaria a la tarifa horaria base por todas las horas trabajadas durante los periodos de turno nocturno designados. El rango que se muestra en cada publicacion de empleo refleja el objetivo para las nuevas contrataciones para el puesto. This position is responsible for manually and mechanically cleaning equipment in the Formulation area while adhering to safety and quality standards

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scrape, chisel and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material

• Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line

• Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator)

• Ability to operate Formulation equipment

• Perform Lockout Tagout

• Handle chemicals

• Keep work area clean and orderly

• Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Wear a respirator full duration of shift

• Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation

• Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout

• Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling

• Basic computer skills

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings

• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria

• Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises

• Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions

• Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift

• Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

• Steel toed boots

• Hearing protection

• Cut resistant gloves

• Safety glasses

• High visibility vest

• Hard hat

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66 Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training
