Bilingual Office Administrative Assistant
Temp to Hire
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
• Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents both electronic and physical.
• Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate parties and taking messages
• Providing assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail
• Check email account daily using Outlook.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Matching invoices and delivery tickets in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
• Maintain electronic & paper filing systems; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support special projects, such as benefit enrollment forms, job folders, office retention and Alpha project. Perform other admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Ability to work with shifting priorities and positively adapt to change as needed.
• Data entry skills – enter, update and verify data in various databases and systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Dependability – Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations.
