Job Type: Full-time Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator - (*NO SALES!*)
Starting pay rate is $16.00+ per hour (bi-weekly pay)
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 12:30pm - 9:30pm (or later - dependent on business needs)
  • Training Schedule (Paid): first 3 weeks (paid training) will be from 9am-approximately 5pm (dependent on business needs)
  • On Site Position - Tampa (33634)
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off per year (no waiting period to start accruing) - earned on an accrual basis (4.62 hours per paycheck)

Responsibilities (**NO SALES**):
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls (approx. 70% of job duties - depending on business needs)
  • Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
  • Collecting and entering appointment information
  • Scheduling rides for injured workers
  • Ability/Willingness to cross train in other departments
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Meeting production expectations
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
  • Customer service experience (1-2 years)

The Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator is a ProCare entry level position, needing at least 1-3 years of customer service experience to be successful. This position will report to the supervisor and team lead of the assigned department
Summary: ProCare is the largest privately held Worker's Compensation transportation and language services provider. Our Customer Service team assists our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy stops, etc... and, also provide language support in over 200 languages through both our bi-lingual Customer Service center and through contract interpreters.
